With social media and Web 2.0 in the corporate world, the new corporate mantra is transparency and customer-centric.
For the past twelve years, Palisade Systems has been working with small and medium-sized enterprises in helping them protect their data, in its capacity as a data loss prevention leader. While we have always been focused on our customers (note our post on customer satisfaction), we are now headed in the direction of more transparency.
Now, we note the irony in a company that has built its reputation on data loss prevention talking about being transparent, but that is our commitment to our customers. We will be transparent in our dealings with you, the press and the analysts (within reason). We will naturally protect your data – and help you protect your data – but we want to let you know what Palisade Systems is doing, how we are improving, and what the future holds for the company and its customers.
There have been some exciting movements in these past twelve years, and we are now embarking on a new era at Palisade Systems that encompasses the transparency of social media, and further our commitment to being the most customer-centric, easiest-to-use and robust DLP solution for small and medium enterprises.
